OSB type boundary buoys for marine fishery

The OSB type boundary buoys for fishery are basically divided into two kinds: the spherical boundary buoys for fishery made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (BJ) and the cylinder boundary buoys for fishery made of steel (SJ). All boundary buoys are arranged on water surface with bridle chain for keeping keep one's balance when meeting ocean current.

The design for all boundary buoys shall be based on the regulations of special buoys along related coast and in conformity with the specifications of International Association of Lighthouse Authorities (IALA). The fishery boundary buoy is new floating buoy occurred in recent years, it used for bounding the fish culture zone and indicating the position of subaqueous artificial coral reefs for keeping navigation safety of ships.

More than 30 sets of OSB type fishery boundary buoys are successfully arranged along the coast of Guangdong Province, they are energetically supporting the product development of Guangdong aquaculture now. With the advantages of low construction cost and convenient arrangement and recovery, the OSB type fishery boundary buoys are suitable for popularization and application in fishery culture zone.

Design specifications

The buoy body is carrier of light beacon, the material of which is glass fiber reinforced plastic or ship steel plate and some ribs are uniformly distributed within the buoys for increasing strength. The space within buoy is full of non-hygroscopic foam and the feature of "no water" can be ensured. Because the fishery boundary buoy belongs to "special buoys" on the sea, the color of "strong yellow" is painted on the surface of buoy;

The solar panel is horizontally installed on the top of lamp hanger, thus installation is favorable for full absorption of solar energy; the whole solar charging power supply (including battery) can ensure the riding light in proper condition of power supply for one month of severe weather with cloudy and rainy days.

The design of riding light is in conformity with IALA specifications, the boundary buoy belongs to special light beacon on the sea, the light quality is yellow light, the flash rhythm is based on the Morse code "O", the riding light range of boundary buoy is designed completely according to needs;

The topmark is "X" type in strong yellow, it means "not channel light";

Fishery sign is also in conformity with the requirements of specification, it is the form of fish with black.

The tail tube and balancing weight are fixed in the lower part of buoy, they are very important for balancing the buoy;

The lamp hanger is bracket for supporting riding light and solar panel, which is designed according to GB standards, the height of riding light from water meet the specification and ensures the actual range of riding light.
