GCS low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet is used for distribution motor instrument control, reactor current limit, and reactive power compensation in 3-phase AC, 50Hz frequency, rated voltage 380 v (660v), rated current 4000A generation and supply system. It is widely applied in high degree automation fields, such as power plant, petroleum, metallurgy, and textile industry, petrochemical and high-rise building’s large-scale power supply, which require computer interface. The protection grade of housing is in accordance with IP3LO IP4LO.
Structure Design
Main structure is adopted 8MF open shape steel by 25mm cold rolled steel with cold bending process. There are installation hole with respective modulus 20mm 100mm.
Main frame design: complete assembly type structure and part (side frame and crossbeam) welding structure.
Each function chamber is separated strictly, divided into functional unit, bus chamber, and cable chamber.
Horizontal bus adopts drawer layer and flat layout, in order to increase the electrodynamics capacity which is generated by bus resistance short-circuit current. This is a basic measure to ensure stable 176KA current.
Cable interval is the form of up and down way.
Drawer unit with mechanical interlock device has obvious signs to ensure easy and convenient operation. |
